Amazon.com is on the Cruelty Free Investing animal use list for several reasons, including its sales of products made from animals, including food made from meat, dairy or egg products, as well as goods made from leather, hide or fur.

Additionally, Amazon.com has been targeted for its sale of foie gras from the United State’s largest producer of the product, made from duck livers. The company, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, was targeted after videos were released showing cruel treatment of ducks via force feeding. More information.
